Imagine being able to step into a life of self-acceptance, peace and purpose…

Why You Know What to Do… But Still Don’t Do It

From the moment we’re born to around age 9, our minds are wide open — like sponges.
We absorb everything:

👉 “Money doesn’t grow on trees.”
👉 “You have to work hard to be loved.”
👉 “Don’t speak up, it’s not safe.”
👉 “You’re too much.”
👉 “Be a good girl so people like you.”
👉 “The world is dangerous. Trust no one.”

These messages don’t just come from our parents — they come from TV, teachers, siblings, religion, culture.
At that age, we have no filter — no ability to question or reject what we hear.
So these beliefs go straight into the subconscious — where they quietly begin to run the show.

Then, between ages 9 and 12, we develop what’s called the critical mind — a protective filter that locks in all those early beliefs… even if they’re disempowering or no longer true.
And here’s the kicker:
That protective filter doesn’t want change — it fears the unknown.

So even when, as adults, we start learning and growing…
Even when we know what to do, how to heal, or who we want to become…
Something still holds us back.

That “something” is the subconscious.

It drives about 95% of our actions.
It’s why:

  • You reach for food, alcohol or your phone when you feel sad or lonely.

  • You say “yes” when you want to say “no.”

  • You get stuck in the same types of relationships or self-sabotaging patterns — again and again.

Not because you’re broken — but because your subconscious is just doing what it learned to do to keep you safe.

This is why willpower, logic, and personal development tools often fail. Because they don’t reach the part of you that actually needs healing.

So What Is Hypnotherapy, Really?

Hypnotherapy is not mind control.

It’s not magic.

And it’s definitely not about swinging watches and barking like a dog.

Hypnotherapy is a tool to bypass the critical mind and connect directly to the subconscious — where real change happens.

In a deeply relaxed state (similar to that moment right before sleep), your conscious mind quiets down… and we get access to the real control room of your life.

From there, we can:

✨ Uncover hidden blocks
✨ Rewire outdated beliefs
✨ Release stuck emotions
✨ And install new empowering suggestions that actually stick

This is the missing link for so many people.

Because lasting transformation doesn’t come from knowing — it comes from reprogramming.

What Hypnotherapy Is Not

  • It’s not mind control.

  • You won’t lose awareness.

  • You can’t be made to do anything against your will.

  • You don’t have to relive trauma to release it.

It’s gentle. It’s safe. It’s surprisingly effective.

Why I Use Hypnotherapy

I use hypnotherapy with my clients because it works — fast and deep.
It’s helped my clients finally break through things they’ve struggled with for years:

  • Anxiety
  • Fear of judgment
  • Toxic relationship cycles
  • Emotional eating
  • Deep-seated shame
  • Trauma stored in the body and much more…

No forcing.
Just a safe, supported space to gently shift from survival… into freedom.

Is This for You?

You may be an ideal client for hypnotherapy if you:

  • Feel stuck or frustrated, even after trying everything

  • Struggle with anxiety, fear of judgment, or overthinking

  • Keep repeating patterns (toxic relationships, self-sabotage, emotional eating)

  • Want to let go of shame or trauma but don’t know how

  • Are a high-achiever who looks successful but feels empty or disconnected inside

  • Crave real confidence, peace, and purpose from within

My Approach

I combine clinical hypnotherapy with coaching, intuition, and deep emotional safety.

I’ve walked this path myself — from trauma and shame to freedom and purpose.

I now help women (and a few brave men) gently unravel what’s been holding them back and step into the life they were always meant to live.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will I lose control?
No. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process. You’re always in control and aware of what’s happening.

Q: What does it feel like?
Most people feel deeply relaxed — like daydreaming. You may feel lighter, more open, or simply at ease.

Q: What if I can’t be hypnotised?
If you can follow simple instructions and want to be helped, you can be hypnotised. It’s a natural state we all experience every day.

Q: Will I have to relive painful memories?
Some of my clients are scared to face what has haunted them for years — and that’s completely normal. But here’s the truth: avoiding your trauma is actually a way of reliving it over and over every time something triggers you. In hypnotherapy, we create a safe, supported space to face the pain — not to be consumed by it, but to finally transform it into your strength.

Q: How many sessions do I need?
That depends on your goals. Some people experience big shifts after one session. Others benefit from several to create lasting change.

Q: Can this work for me if I’ve tried everything else?
Yes — especially if you’ve done all the “right” things and still feel stuck. Hypnotherapy often works when nothing else has.

Q: Who is not suitable for hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy isn’t recommended for individuals with certain psychiatric conditions like schizophrenia, psychosis, or dissociative disorders unless working closely with a mental health professional. It also may not be ideal if someone is unwilling or uninterested in doing inner work. Hypnosis works best when you’re ready to be honest with yourself and open to change.

Q: Can you stay stuck in hypnosis?
No — that’s a myth. Hypnosis is a natural state that you enter and leave all the time (like when you daydream). If a session ended unexpectedly, you’d simply come out of it on your own or drift into a light sleep and wake naturally.

Q: Is hypnosis against Catholic religion?
Not at all. Hypnosis is not a spiritual or religious practice — it’s a therapeutic tool. Many practicing Catholics, Christians, and people of all faiths use hypnotherapy to improve mental, emotional, and even spiritual wellbeing. It’s about healing your inner world, not replacing your beliefs.

Q: Does hypnosis work if you don’t believe in it?
Yes — as long as you’re open and willing to participate. I’ve worked with many skeptical clients who still had profound breakthroughs. You don’t need to believe in the “how” — you just need to want something to change.

Q: Will my personality change?
No. Hypnotherapy doesn’t change who you are — it helps you release what you’re not. Clients often say, “I finally feel like myself again.” It clears away the noise, the fear, and the patterns that aren’t really you.

Q: How does hypnotherapy affect my spirituality?
For many people, hypnotherapy deepens their spiritual connection. When you release fear and old pain, you naturally feel more connected — to yourself, to others, and to whatever higher source you believe in. It clears the static so your inner wisdom can come through more clearly.
